• Process Personal Data only as allowed by law; as allowed by our information security rules, policies, and procedures to protect against unauthorized access, use or loss; and for the reasons stated in the Privacy Notice under which the Personal Data was collected.
• Collect only the Personal Data needed for the processing.
• Take measures during processing to make it less likely to identify an individual when possible.
• Follow all of our information security policies and procedures and document compliance with these policies and procedures.
• Do not keep Personal Data longer than necessary to complete processing.
• Securely destroy or permanently delete Personal Data once processing is complete unless there is a legal obligation to retain the Personal Data.
