Only team members responsible for privacy compliance are authorized to respond to data-related requests.
Our trade secrets and intellectual property give us a competitive advantage. Protecting this information is critical to our ongoing success. You should only discuss company information that is publicly available with people outside the Company. Only discuss non-public company information with a business partner if a confidentiality agreement (approved by the Law Department) is in place. Just as we expect others to respect our intellectual property, we should respect our business partners’ intellectual property.
